Club Overview

The club's personalized consultants work with you on a regular basis to answer questions and monitor your progress. The consultants focus on specific credit, budgeting and savings issues and develop strategies to resolve them.

If there are credit issues, the consultant evaluates the needs to be addressed and guides you through the credit resolution process. The program provides you with support through the consultant. The credit resolution package provides you with sample letters and suggestions in resolving their credit issues.

If there are budgeting issues, the consultant evaluates your needs and then makes specific recommendations in structuring a working budget for you to prepare for home ownership.

If there are savings issues, the consultant evaluates your budget and recommends establishing a savings account with a specific amount saved each month and you will be asked to provide a monthly budget sheet to show savings and budgeting abilities.

If there are down payment issues, the consultant will advise you on programs that are specifically designed for homebuyers that can benefit from this.

The overall goals of these steps are to develop the strategy of problem solving with a specific future goal of home ownership. When you are ready to buy a home; you will have a foundation and resources to successfully purchase a home, and to financially maintain that responsibility.

The club provides the structure to develop unqualified participants into qualified homebuyers.

Enrollment is easy. You will pay a monthly $50 fee for 5 months, for a total investment of $250.00 This is a small amount to commit to if your desire is to achieve the American Dream of home ownership.
