Dedicated to the preservation and creation of affordable housing, the Foundation began as a research and education group focused on helping individuals and families attain the American dream of home ownership. Alliance has broadened its efforts to include multifamily property ownership and development. Utilizing creative partnerships with commercial developers and other non-profits, Alliance has successfully competed for awards under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and has been blessed with support from a wide range of public and private sources.
