How do I know if my home loan is eligible?
If you qualify for any FHA approved home loan, you are eligible for an Alliance Housing Foundation gift.
Do I make too much money to qualify for this gift or not enough?
There are no income limits to qualify.
What kind of home can I buy?
Gifts can be used toward any type of housing – a new home, resale home, duplex, condo, townhouse, etc.
How difficult is the application process?
It is as easy as a one page request form. Your professional Realtor or mortgage lender can lead you through the process.
Do I need to take a home ownership class?
No. However, we strongly recommend you take an eight hour class have a much better chance of not getting into financial trouble.


   Reduce the Odds of Default

      Want to reduce the chances of defaulting on a home loan? Alliance encourages every new homeowner to take a "First-Time Homebuyer" Class. Because of our commitment to homeowner education, the default rate on Alliance Housing Foundation loans is only 2%... that's less than half of the national average. Of those few defaults, 80% have been resolved through counseling , and three-fourths of those homeowners are able to stay in thie new homes.
